Want to become a broker? To qualify for a real estate broker license in Michigan, Brokers are required to successfully complete Michigan’s 90-hour broker pre-licensing course. Meet the minimum real estate agent experience requirements of being an agent for 3 years or longer with 5 transactions per year and pass the Michigan broker examination administered by PSI. 30 Hour Broker Test Preparation is mandatory; the other 60 hours can be taken after you pass the brokers exam. Only the Broker Test Prep is held in class whereas the other 60 hours will be held via online/home study option.
