These classes can be just as effective as traditional in-person courses (and even more so for some learners), offering great convenience for those juggling work, childcare, or other responsibilities.

Our courses feature both video presentations and audio narration, allowing you to watch and listen to the material as you prefer. Additionally, we provide visual examples to enhance your understanding and keep you engaged.

Furthermore, Pearson Vue, the testing agency, offers the option to take the state exam from your home or office, providing even more flexibility in your licensing journey.

The only steps that must be done in person are fingerprinting and submitting your application.

There are six steps to obtaining a real estate license in Oklahoma:

  1. Ensure you meet the eligibility requirements.
  2. Complete the state-approved 90-hour pre-license real estate course.
  3. Apply to take the exam.
  4. Pass the exam.
  5. Find a sponsoring broker.
  6. Apply for your license.

There are forms and fees associated with some of these steps, but this outlines the general path you’ll follow.

We will walk you through the entire process, step by step, on how to apply for your license within the course.

To qualify for a real estate license in Oklahoma, you must:

  1. Be at least 18 years old by the time you get your license.
  2. Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
  3. Be an Oklahoma resident.
  4. Maintain a reputation for honesty, trustworthiness, competence, and acting in the public’s interest (verified through a background check).
